Amy Roudebush, CDP
Community Liaison & Family Advisor
My journey to senior living started years ago when my mother was diagnosed with dementia. Having no family in the area to help me work through the maze, I had no idea where to start or what to do. I was finally able to find a great solution for my mom but not without a lot of sleepless nights, and of course a lot of pure luck. This experience drove me to make a career change. I knew that if I could help just even one family avoid the challenges I had been through it would be worth it. It turns out that senior living is my calling and I have never looked back.
I am so blessed to be a part of each family’s journey. My job never feels like work! It feels like I am just helping new friends.
I am also a certified dementia practitioner as well as a board member of Everything Eldercare, a member of Cin-Day Seniors, Butler County HECC, and Co-Chair of the Butler, Warren-Clinton County Walk to End Alzheimer’s. My fiancé and I have 2 rescued German shepards.
An avid (OK, fanatical) Chicago Bears fan, I also enjoy spending time with friends from all over the area and serving with several elder-related organizations.
